By entering into a Contract/Agreement with Leslie Commercials Ltd you are giving your consent for us to hold information as detailed below.
If, however, you provide details as part of an enquiry which does not result in a booking, details will be held unless a request to remove has been received.
What Data do we hold?
As a Customer/Supplier you will have provided us with some personal information (Name/Address/Telephone Number/Email Address/Driving Licence and/or Insurance details in the case of hire customers + Debit/Credit card details and/or Bank Account details)
How do we use these details?
We require this information to confirm identity, carry out Driving Licence checks for Insurance purposes and/or confirmation of Insurance Cover. We also use this information to provide Invoices, Statements and any information regarding priding changes. Some of the information held will be used to make or collect payment when due.
Will we ever Share your details?
We will only share your information with Government and Law Enforcement bodies when legally required to do so in the case of a criminal investigation or driving/parking contravention where the relevant legal request has been made.
We may also share your details Insurance Companies where an incident has resulted in a Claim being raised by us our a 3rd Party.

How is your information stored?
All digital records are held on 3 computers using 2 systems. Both the computers and systems are password protected and are only accessible to the Directors of Leslie Commercials Ltd and key administrative staff.
All digital information is backed up to a hard drive which is kept in a locked, coded safe which is, again, only accessible to Directors and Senior Administrative Staff.
All paperwork is kept in securely locked filing cabinets which are only accessible by Directors and Senior Administrative staff.
How long will we hold your information?
All information on Computer Systems are archived after 3 years.
All paperwork is destroyed after 5 years.
Any card payment details (ie; receipts) are destroyed after 6 months.
We are required to hold onto some information for a period of time for Legal and Insurance purposes, however if you believe we hold personal information which should be removed from our records, please contact us and we will either remove as requested or advise the Legal reason this is not possible.
